What can be returned

To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in the original packaging with any tags or labels still attached.

How to return an item

1. Contact us first so we can help with your return.
2. Pack the item securely to avoid damage in transit.
3. Post it to the return address shown here.
4. Use a tracked service — we can't be responsible for items lost on the way.

Your refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if it's approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, subject to your provider's processing times.

Return postage

Unless an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, return postage is the customer's responsibility. If we sent the wrong or a faulty item, we cover the return and arrange a replacement or full refund.
