01About us

ravjistore.co.uk is a website operated by Ravji Store Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 15307000. We sell garden, outdoor, household and cleaning products.

02These terms

These are the terms and conditions on which we supply products to you. By placing an order you confirm that you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not place an order.

We may amend these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one in force on the date you place it.

03Orders & our contract with you

When you place an order, you are offering to buy the products from us. We will send an email acknowledging your order, but this does not mean we have accepted it.

A contract between us is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation confirming that the products have been sent. If we are unable to fulfil your order — for example because an item is out of stock or there was a pricing error — we will let you know and will not charge you, or will refund any payment already taken.

04Prices & payment

The price of products is as shown on the website at the time you place your order. Prices include VAT where applicable. Delivery costs, where they apply, are shown separately before you confirm your order.

We take reasonable care to ensure prices are correct. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered, we will contact you to ask whether you wish to continue at the correct price or cancel the order.

Payment is taken at the point of order through our secure payment providers. We do not store your full card details.

05Delivery

We deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and in your confirmation email; these are estimates and not guaranteed.

Risk in the products passes to you when they are delivered to the address you gave us. If no one is available to take delivery, the courier will follow its standard procedure for redelivery or collection.

06Returns & refunds

If you change your mind, you may return most unused items in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price.

• Items must be unused, complete and in a resaleable condition.
• You are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods.

Certain items cannot be returned once opened for hygiene or safety reasons; this will be stated on the product page where it applies.

07Your right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, if you are a consumer you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.

To cancel, email us at ceo@ravjistore.co.uk with your order details. You must then return the goods within 14 days. We will refund the price of the goods and the standard delivery cost, though we may reduce the refund if the goods show signs of use beyond what is necessary to check them.

08Faulty or incorrect goods

Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality.

If an item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us within a reasonable time and we will arrange a replacement, repair or refund, including any return postage costs. Please keep the item and packaging until the matter is resolved.

09Our liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not liable for losses that are not foreseeable.

We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so — this includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. We are not liable for business losses; our products are supplied for domestic and private use.

10Privacy & your data

We only use your personal information as set out in our Privacy Policy. In short, we use the details you provide to process your order, arrange delivery and, where you have agreed, to keep you informed about our products. We handle your data in line with UK GDPR.

11Intellectual property

All content on ravjistore.co.uk — including text, images, logos and page design — is owned by or licensed to Ravji Store Ltd. You may view and print pages for your own personal use, but you may not reproduce or use our content commercially without our written permission.

12Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK, you retain the benefit of any mandatory protections of the law of your home nation.
